Laurence Pearson has been representing family law clients for almost thirty years. He is experienced in all areas of family law litigation including divorce actions, child and spousal support, child custody, domestic violence and paternity. He encourages settlements but does not avoid litigation where necessary. He has practiced in state courts in the metropolitan area and surrounding counties and perfected appeals in the Appellate Term, the Appellate Divisions of the First and Second Departments and the Court of Appeals. Mr. Pearson has also successfully represented tenants in eviction proceedings and rent overcharge actions in both Civil and Supreme Court.
