Experience

More than fifty years of combined experience.

Jennifer Addonizio is an associate at Fishman & Neil, LLP. She joined the firm in October of 2005 as a summer intern and worked at the firm on a part-time basis throughout her second and third years of law school.

Ms. Addonizio earned her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, where she graduated cum laude in 2007. In 2003 she graduated cum laude from Ithaca College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology.

In April of 2007, Ms. Addonizio was awarded the Daniel Finkelstein Commencement Award for her paper entitled, "BLACKLISTING TENANT BLACKLISTS: A CHARGE FOR NEW YORK LEGISLATURES.”

Ms. Addonizio is admitted in New York and Massachusetts.

Consumer Law

The firm also specializes in cases involving consumer rights. We have represented clients in cases involving credit reporting and debt collection abuses, privacy, and deceptive business practices, as well as unlawful debt collection and unconscionable arbitration agreements.
